Nirmal Dairy Limited is a public limited company having its registered and corporate office at Hyderabad City of Telangana State in India. The company was incorporated in the year 1995 and production commenced in 1997. Currently, Our procurement is centered in 5 states and our products are available for purchase in 11 states. We have 94 milk chilling centers. Some of our plants are ISO 22000:2005 Certified while two are ISO 50001:2011 (EnMS) Certified.

Our distribution and marketing operations consist of distribution of our products through 40 sales offices, 3,285 distribution agents, 861 milk distributors and 544 milk product distributors across 11 states in India. Additionally, as of March 31st, 2021, our milk and dairy based VAPs are also available through 393 “Nirmal Retail Parlours” which commenced operations in 2016 and are spread across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. Our product portfolio consists of Milk, Butter Milk, Ghee, Curd, Paneer, Flavoured Milk, Doodh Peda, Ice Cream and Sweets. These products are conveniently packed to suit various needs of its consumers.

Our integrated business model enables us to provide end to end capabilities from procurement till distribution and marketing in a cost efficient manner.The key components of our integrated business model are as follows:

Procurement

Raw milk is one of the key raw materials for our business. Our procurement operations are spread across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka and Maharashtra and consist of procurement of on an average approximately 1.03 Million litres of raw milk per day of raw milk from approximately 1,09,670 farmers across 6,771 villages through 6,285 DDCCs, 272 procurement routes, 254 dairy farms and 94 chilling centres as of March 31st2021. We procure raw milk either directly from the farmers and through third party suppliers. The raw milk is transported to the nearest processing plant through tankers for onward processing into retail milk packages or manufacture of dairy based VAPs.

Processing

Our processing operations are spread across 13 processing plants located in the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu in India with an aggregate installed capacity of 1.70 Million litres of raw milk per day, excluding two SMP plant’s in Nellore and Vedasandur which have an aggregate installed capacity of 15,000 and 10,000 kgs per day respectively. We regularly incur capital expenditure to upgrade technology across our processing plants and expand into new geographies by way of introduction of modern automated plants. We have introduced fully automated processing lines. Our processing infrastructure is designed in a manner to ensure efficient operations and high product quality standards.

We sell our products under the “Nirmal Dairy” brand in India. We distributed our milk through 40 sales offices, 3,285 distribution agents, 861 milk distributors and 544 milk product distributors.
